1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Booster (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are an agreement between you and Union Street Studios, LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Description of Service

Booster connects to an Instagram professional account you own, reads its follower, following, and post counts, charts them over time, and writes a short daily briefing with one suggested action. The App never publishes, likes, follows, or messages on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, and old enough to hold an Instagram professional account under Instagram’s own terms. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

You sign in with a phone number verified by a one-time code. You are responsible for the device and number you use to sign in. You may only connect an Instagram account you own or are authorized to manage.

5. Third-Party Services

Connecting uses Instagram’s own login, and your use of Instagram is governed by Meta’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data Instagram returns, and Instagram may withdraw access at any time.

6. AI-Generated Briefings

The daily briefing and suggested move are generated by an AI model from your account’s numbers. They are provided “as is”, may be wrong, and are not professional advice. You decide what to post and remain responsible for anything you publish.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Connect an account you do not own or manage
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its servers
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use automated means to access the App without our permission

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its content are owned by Union Street Studios, LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your Instagram content remains yours.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time. Disconnecting Instagram inside the App deletes your stored data. We may suspend or end access to the App if these Terms are violated.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNION STREET STUDIOS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF FOLLOWERS, REACH, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you inside the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
