By downloading, installing, or using Jesse ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Union Street Studios, LLC ("we", "our", "us").

Description of Service

Jesse is an AI-powered texting copilot that analyzes screenshots of your dating app conversations and suggests text responses. The App uses a keyboard extension and companion app to deliver suggestions.

Subscriptions

• Jesse offers an auto-renewable subscription for unlimited access to AI-powered suggestions, billed weekly or annually.
• Payment is charged to your payment method at confirmation of purchase, after any free trial period ends.
• Your subscription automatically renews each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to generate spam or automated bulk messages.
• Share your account or subscription with others.

AI-Generated Content

Suggestions provided by Jesse are generated by artificial intelligence and are offered as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of any suggestion. You are solely responsible for the messages you choose to send.

Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Union Street Studios, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Union Street Studios, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
