Common Issues
My videos don’t appear
Taptic Touch needs photo library access to show your videos. Open iOS Settings, find Taptic Touch, and allow access to your photos.
“This video has no sound”
Taptic Touch finds the beat in your video’s audio, so silent videos can’t be processed. Pick a video with sound and try again.
I don’t feel any vibrations
Make sure silent mode is off and System Haptics are enabled in Settings → Sounds & Haptics. Haptic playback requires an iPhone — iPads don’t include a Taptic Engine.
What’s a Taptic file?
It’s an AHAP file — Apple’s haptic pattern format. Drop it into your own app with Core Haptics to play the vibration track we generated, perfectly synced to your video.
